At Devold New Zealand, we stand by the quality of our premium wool garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
