How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. Rural addresses may require an additional 2 days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a size exchange, provided the item is in resalable condition.
How should I care for my Devold garments?
Most Devold products are machine washable on a wool cycle with pH-neutral wool detergent. We recommend air drying flat and avoiding tumble dryers to maintain the structural integrity and longevity of the wool fibers.
Are Devold products sustainably produced?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. We operate a 'Sheep to Shop' program which ensures full traceability of our wool, ethical treatment of animals, and environmentally conscious manufacturing processes.
